The Control Freak XF ‘LongCast’ is a longer ‘all-round’ light spin rod. Based on a faster action with a lighter tip, powerful butt and incorporating both bass and bream models.

The Control Freak XFLC is suitable for many light lure species in the freshwater and estuary and is most popular with anglers fishing for bream, bass, golden perch, etc.

The action is suited to a wide range of lures but excels for soft plastics, blades, and small spinnerbaits.The fine tip makes it extremely sensitive and the power butt gives control over large hard fighting fish. The Control Freak skeleton handle design helps make this rod extremely light in the hand for long sessions. Also available in the exclusive Millerods Super-High Modulus blank.
