The ‘TC’ Barra is Ian’s most recent design for wild river barra utilising the latest design features of barra rods for both fresh and salt water techniques.  

It may be slightly longer than traditional casting rods but the famous Millerods balance, lightness and sensitivity is still there, and the extra length makes this rod the ideal candidate for lure fishing with both hard bodied and soft plastics.  

The action is user-friendly for braid lines with a forgiving mid-section allowing a little more flex to avoid pulling hooks. But there is still plenty of fish-fighting power down low for when it is needed! The responsive tip not only makes for easy for casting but it’s also great for trolling as the action of the lure is transmitted easily to the angler.  

Designed with a spiral wrap guide system and a fast, positive action this is a user-friendly casting rod.
