Ian Miller Shortstrokers are the most efficient and comfortable fish fighting tools ever made. They were Australia's first purpose-designed 'stroker' style game rods, and are continually upgraded to stay on the cutting edge of stand up rod technology and set the trends others follow. All rods are based on exclusive blanks, which are custom made to suit each line class. Only the best components are incorporated.

Ian Miller 1pc Shortstroker rods feature Custom designed heavy wall composite blanks; 'double built' handcrafted construction providing three times the structural integrity and many times the life of other regular custom rods; hand shaped hard US Hypalon fore grips for comfort, durability and performance (hand-shaped EVA on 6-10kg rods); hard slick rear grips for durability and performance, machined Aftco silver anodised aluminium extended reel seats and gimbals and silver chrome Aftco roller guides (HD guides on 15 &24, WO guides on 37kg, Fuji reel seat and gimbal and Aftco LW guides on 6 10kg).

*6 10kg Shortstrokers are also available on request in individual or duel line class ratings ie 6kg, 8kg and 10kg or 6 8kg and 8 10kg. Also available with Fuji SiC guides. For Aftco Heavy-Duty guides, price as for 15kg.

Please advise us if you intend using 'Black Magic' gimbal belts, as the rear handle length will need to be adjusted to gain maximum benefit from these accessories.

Specifically designed blanks for two piece formats give these rods incredible power and fish fighting abilities, yet they remain easy and fun to use.

Tournament Shortstrokers feature custom designed heavy wall composite blanks; 'double built' handcrafted construction; extra long leather/neo cork fore grips; hand woven fish thread art; Aftco B&G titanium guides (LW rollers an 6-10, H/D rollers on 15&24kg, W/O roller guides on 37kg); Aftco black and gold Unibutts; custom monogramming.

'C' = Aftco curved Unibutt; 'S' = Aftco straight Unibutt; 'WO' = Aftco Wind-On guides.

**6 10kg Shortstrokers are also available upon request in individual or duel line class ratings ie 6kg, 8kg and 10kg or 6 8kg and 8 10kg, and with Aftco black and gold H/D roller upgrades priced as for 15kg rods.

*TSS24kgWO and TSS37kgWO rods are available with Aftco component upgrades including sealed Ball Bearing rollers (additional costs apply).
