This is a superb lake lure fishing rod for bass, golden perch and others, especially if using LCB’s, vibration baits, top-water hard bodies or small-to-medium spinnerbaits.

The extra length makes easy work of long casting – in fact this will cast as long as any rod in its class. It also provides extra line control for immediate manipulation of the lure retrieve, whether it is deep or shallow – which is ideal for the hopping retrieve so important with LCB/Vibes. The butt power of this rod helps in steering fish away from dangerous cover during the fight.

Ian’s own selection of Fuji KR guides in semi-micro – or full micro for use with mono FC lines – enhances the performance and sensitive tip action, or a composite titanium guide set (comprising a Fuji titanium K-SiC stripper with Recoil titanium alloy wire guides in Black Pearl) is corrosion proof and super lightweight.

Fuji SKSS reel seats and hand-shaped x-firm EVA in Camoufish or black are matched with our custom stainless steel/rubber counter-weighting butt cap.
