Using Lipless Crankbaits (LCB lures) is an increasingly popular technique for catching Australian bass, golden perch, Murray cod and others and the Millerods BassVibe is perfect for the job!

It is important that the rod has just the right amount of power to easily deliver the LCB during the cast, enough tip power to maximise lure action during the retrieve, and enough power to extract some of these fish from their underwater terrain.

This rod is tuned for fishing the most popular brands and sizes of LCB lures including the originals such as the TN60, Mask Vibe and Trans Am, and has the perfect length, action and power for longer casting and superior line control which is necessary to maximise results using either braid with mono leader or FC lines.

Ian’s composite titanium guide set (comprising a Fuji titanium K-SiC stripper with Recoil titanium alloy wire guides in Black Pearl) is corrosion proof and super lightweight; enhancing balance and the sensitivity of this rod enables the lure vibration to be strongly transmitted through to the hand so the angler can easily monitor the retrieve path of the lure.

Fuji SKSS reel seats and hand-shaped x-firm EVA in Camoufish or black are matched with our custom stainless steel/rubber counter-weighting butt cap.
